Every users uses a report in a different way. As a Power BI Report developer you can only do so much for the end user. Webdashboard gives users the ability to save their own filters on a report and store these selections under favorites. This is called a 'My View'
To create a ‘My View’, just navigate to the report and set the filters the way you like.
In the example above the selections are on February 2023 and in the 'Tickets by Work Type' 'Service Request' is selected. Now click on the magic wand and ‘New view’. Here the view can be named. When the view is saved, it will be shown as a Favorite (in the left hand menu and widget) and be available for selection in the report schedule.
